Shane and I received so much attention from recruiters with us having the CSM that he decided to get his CSPO. This seems like a logical step considering that we are still bouncing around the idea of starting our own training company. That way since he has his CSPO then he can teach it. Unfortunately, Shane tried a different CST and he was not the best. Shane asked after the training if the instructor would consider co-training and the instructor had some strings attached. Looks like we’ll be looking for someone else to co-train with. I am beginning to see why the journey to CST takes a while. There are a few roadblocks along the way that will have to be cleared.
