Refund Policy

Courses can be cancelled due to low enrollment or for any unforeseen reason. We recommend that you contact us for course status before booking any travel accommodations. In the event a course is cancelled, all attendees are entitled to a full refund for their registration fee.

Agile Aces is not responsible for any losses an attendee may incur due to canceled courses.  If you are traveling from outside of town, we recommend that you make hotel and airfare reservations that allow change and/or cancellation.

All cancellations eligible for a full refund must be made at least 10 business days prior to the course start date. Students who request cancellations under 10 business days prior to the course start date can either receive a refund minus a $150 cancellation fee, or can reschedule the course to a future date only if they have not already rescheduled the course. Students can request rescheduling of a course once per registration, and will be assessed a $50 reschedule fee. No-shows (students who fail to attend a scheduled class) or same day cancellations are non-refundable.
