Del Val Agile’s End of Summer Social

Our Delaware Valley Agile Meetup had our End of Summer social yesterday evening.  It immediately followed the first day of one of our free two-day Non-Certified ScrumMaster workshops.  We had a solid turnout – over twenty people showed up.  I gave a presentation with the topic “Empower Your Agile Journey.”  My presentation explained how inspecting and adapting can not only be applied to project delivery, but to a person’s individual and professional growth as well.  I also provided examples and ways to identify improvement opportunities (inspection) and to make adjustments (adaptation) to individual and professional skills as an agile practitioner to become more effective.
