Kitties!

We are members of a non-profit organization called PALS. It stands for the Pet Adoption and Lifecare Society. They’re the largest full-service, no-kill animal rescue in the Delaware Valley. They have an annual fundraising event scheduled for April, and we have volunteered to spearhead fundraising activities. Since we both have project management background and are both passionate about using Agile and Scrum, we thought we’d use Agile and Scrum to manage this “project” as well. We’re going to use a Scrum board (Kanban) to visually track all of our fundraising activities throughout the process flow, and plan releases of our functionality into two-week sprints. We’ll let you know how it goes. These are kitties adopted through PALS. (Lovie is the black one and Camie is the grey striped one).
