New Roadmaps

Well, I’m now working for a company in the telecom industry. I do have to say that I learned a lot from my previous boss at my old company. I’ve got some great templates, I’m now very experienced in doing assessments (and I can easily modify the assessment approach towards any type of assessment), and I’ve also taken a lot of valuable knowledge from delivering some of the later assessments with the Agile methodology. I want to use the Agile methodology for this new company, because the projects are shorter in duration and the clients are a bit antsy in terms of getting business value delivered sooner rather than later. So I’m thinking they’d appreciate having functionality released to them on a more frequent basis, and will also appreciate the increased collaboration and lower number of defects per release.
