On The Road Again

My client is now a major pharmaceutical company. This project is a bit of a pain because I have to take a taxi to the train station, followed by a three hour train ride, and another 30 minute taxi ride just to get to the client once a week. I am directing an overall portfolio of projects as well as managing some specific projects for this company, some of which are customized SharePoint implementations. I’ve made some recommendations to the client in terms of customizing the development methodology (including Agile and Scrum) as well as business collaboration and defect tracking software. Some of my recommendations have been implemented with very positive results.
