I think we’ve definitely sold our company as a whole on Agile and Scrum. We’ve been tracking the metrics of our projects, including the number of releases accepted by the client, the number of test cases executed/passed/failed, the number of defects that our team finds prior to release versus the number of defects found post-release, the actual vs. estimated time spent, the actual vs. estimated cost spent, etc. Apparently, our company’s headquarters wants comparable metrics for their projects. If that isn’t an indicator that Agile and Scrum are highly effective for project delivery, I don’t know what is!
