New Horizons

Finally! In two short days I will begin my new position as a Project Manager at a large Health Insurance Payer. The absolute best part? It is a seven minute commute. But I asked on the interview what framework do they use and my new supervisor has told me they use Waterfall. Ahhh, back to the old days of waterfall. I have a feeling that I will be fighting every day for them to use Scrum. Do you think I can convince them? Let’s keep our fingers crossed.
